Concept to Reality
For this university's Financial Aid Initiative, the client wanted a look that incorporated the students that the campaign helped and celebrated the achievement of the donors. These guests see this venue multiple times a year, so Creative Visions was also directed to create a look they had not seen before. Creative Visions used 2 foot x 4 foot images to create a wall of "faces" as the backdrop and used all white room decor to pull the focus center stage. A 3-D model of the set was created to give the client a clear picture of how the event would look. The program included VIP guests, the university president, and a student element that stole the show.
