President
Allin is the dynamic leader and founder of the Creative Visions team. He has developed and grown the team considerably since Creative Visions' humble beginning in an NC State dorm room more than 20 years ago. Allin is a CSEP (Certified Special Event Producer), a presenter at industry events, and a recipient of the prestigious Evie Award for Technical Production from the International Special Events Society. Allin has a strong history of success producing events worldwide. His natural talents and honed skill in pairing the message to the guest experience for both the creative and technical side of an event has proven invaluable time and again. As the president of Creative Visions, Allin is constantly challenging his team to think differently and ensure in delighting every client.

John "JB" Bradford, CSEP
Event Producer
JB is the (dare we say) oldest employee of Creative Visions. He has been with the company since 1999. JB is a Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) and is a member of the International Special Events Society (ISES). He currently serves as the Greater Triangle Chapter Vice President. JB is also a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and the NC Association of Festivals and Events. His expertise as an event producer is evidenced by his incredible passion for events beginning at the age of 16, through to the present as he puts his experience and knowledge to use with each event he produces at CV.
Hobbies: Watching and playing sports, playing games of all types, boating and jet skiing

Robb Bosser
Media Production Director
Robb has successfully produced live events and media deliverables for over 15 years. He has both impressive technical skills as well as creative design knowledge. Coupling his passions for technology and artistry, Robb is always ready to adapt innovative and unique communication solutions for his clients. Robb is proud of his industry's Certified Technology Specialist credentials and continually earns credits for new areas of technology. Robb and his wife Jennifer have two fun-loving boys, Jack and Nicholas.
Hobbies: Building elaborate train layouts with my two sons, because I'm a kid at heart.

Timothy Drew, CTS
Technical Director
Tim has 20+ years in audio-visual technology and IT. He joined the Creative Visions team in 2009. Tim has worked on four continents and too many countries to list. He is an alumnus of North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Engineering. His IT background gives him the unique ability to analyze equipment systems and to provide technical solutions to our clients on-site.

Lesa Melvin
Business Development Director
Lesa comes to Creative Visions with more than 20 years in hospitality, sales and event management. Her experiences have taken her to several countries around the world. Throughout her years in the industry, Lesa has perfected her craft to become a client relations specialist, serving as both creative liaison and a dedicated advocate for clients' needs and expectations. Lesa works to develop new opportunities for both Creative Visions and AV-Rx, the health sciences division of CV.

Bill Overton
Project Manager, AV-Rx
Bill brings ten years of experience as a journalist, along with his background in audio-visual work. He enjoys the "pin-point technical expertise" required in his work and it shows in how successful he is in leading the operations of the AV-Rx division of CV. When not at work, or on the road, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Ann and their two great daughters, Sami and Gracie.

Michael Rummage
Production Manager
Mike comes to Creative Visions from a career in lights on "the Great White Way" of Broadway. He has worked as both a lighting designer and master electrician, on productions such as, "Baby It's You", Million Dollar Quartet" and "West Side Story". His experiences range from touring with Nick Jr., to an associate designer for shows in California. His creativity and ingenuity are showcased through his designs as he effectively sets mood, evokes emotion and compels action through his designs and production capabilities.
Hobbies: Piano and singing, theatre – performing and viewing

Jessica Vun Cannon
Accounting Specialist, Office Manager
Jessica moved to Raleigh, NC in 2007 from the "frozen north" of Fenton, Michigan. She is the "jack of all trades and master of all" on the CV team. Jessica is in charge of accounting, supply ordering, payroll, HR and keeping everyone in line! She is the keeper of all institutional knowledge and does desk top publishing on the side! Jessica is the only team member who is irreplaceable!

Ben Rumer
Technical Director
Ben brings audio creativity to the event design process that is critical to the success of Creative Visions' clients. With a background in theatrical production and music, he has a gift for capturing the nuances of a moment. Ben has traveled extensively throughout the United Stated during his career, setting his trained ear on the smallest details of sound engineering. His ability to detect even the slightest subtleties in sound, ensures every CV client receives the best in audio design and execution.
